Meet the Team

We have a very experienced and enthusiatic team here at Malborough Pre-School.

With multiple years of experience, our team ensure your child gets the best care and education when in the setting.

All staff, and the chairman, hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. Every committee member also has to have a DBS check.

Jayne Brodie

Pre-School Manager
SENCO, Health and Safety Manager, First Aider, Safeguarding Officer

Jayne is the manager of the Pre-School. She has over 20 years of experience in Early Years.

Assistant Manager

Gemma is the assistant manager of the Pre-School. She has been working at Malborough Pre-School for 10 years.

Lucy has just joined our team but has lots of experience working in the early years sector.

Sharon Anniss

Early Years Practitioner, First Aider

Sharon has been working at Malborough Pre-School for a number of years as an apprentice. She now holds a Level 3 in Early Years Education.

Debbie Rundle

Early Years Practitioner

Debbie has worked at Malborough Pre-School for a number of years. She had a short break after having her youngest child and is now back.

Pre-School Administrator

Jess joined the team back in September 2020. She is responsible for all the paperwork and website design. In her free time she can often be found with her horses.
